  1. Amen! I can't help but think of Michael Pollan's "Eater's Manifesto". "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

    Since the Industrial Revolution, Americans have really bought into the idea that "one size fits all", and that it's okay for everyone to eat the same packaged food-like substances that are shipped all over the country.

    AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
    though--best fresh--not as good after it's re-frozen
    all the more reason to eat the whole batch!
