Preparing for Christmas has been a busy and fulfilling assignment this year. I don't know if I've ever enjoyed a December as much as I have this one.
Perhaps it's because now my kids are all old enough (and young enough for Santa) to really participate and enjoy the spirit of the season, and I've been able to see the joy and magic of it all through their eyes.
We've been busy making gifts and goodies (almost finished with the jeans quilts I'm making for each of my kids), sending Christmas cards and getting/keeping the house in top holiday form. This explains my absence from blogging. I guess I've been too busy enjoying the snow (my son and I made the cutest snowman today), listening to lots of Christmas music and making paper snowflakes with my kids.
I wish I had all of your addresses so I could mail you a Christmas card. In lieu, please accept my sincerest holiday greetings.
Whether vegan or not, may we all recommit to living healthful and compassionate lives, making room for more love and more giving.
Thanks for all your comments and support over this past year, YOU are the reason I blog.
Merry Christmas,
Whole Foods Vegan Momma
And a very Merry Christmas to you! :)
