My bamboo cutting board is an absolute essential tool in my kitchen. I could not live without it (that and a good set of knives, my salad bowls, my Blendtec...).
Bamboo is an awesome material for a cutting board.
Since it's a renewable resource, it's eco-friendly. I love cutting my produce on a natural surface rather than plastic or glass.

ReplyDeletei have a very very small bamboo cutting board and i love using it...but it's kinda small for a lot of things. a bigger one would be so nice.
