Fat Burning Kickboxing Workout

Who else remembers Billy Blanks?

Admit it, you've done one of his videos (most likely on VHS), haven't you?

I like the guy.

He has more energy & demands more than 10 drill sergeants combined. I like his workouts because they have a lot of repetition, therefore easy to follow, & I can always expect to break a sweat (& the really skinny girl with the short blonde hair who's always shouting and counting down the reps? man, that girl is intense!).

I've been teaching kickboxing for years now, & can say that hands down, it's one of the most crowd-pleasing workouts.

I can't be sure if it's because everyone just needs a good excuse to get some kicks, jabs, & punches into their day (without actually causing physical harm), but regardless, I know most students really enjoy it, for whatever reason.

It can be intimidating if you've never done it before. Watch the video once through if you don't have a clue about kickboxing. Otherwise, jump right in.
I have plans to do many more kickboxing videos.

This is just a basic one to get you started. Expect to get your heart rate up, burn some calories, & most important--have fun!
