Get Rock Solid Abs!

Who doesn't want a sleek, toned stomach?

You're addressing more than half the issue by what you're putting in your mouth (principles of a healthy diet/lifestyle, here), but you need a little extra push.

You need some toning.

  3. HOLY FIRE! That was HARD! I do the Firm workouts, and can get through their ab routines (they're not super hard, but not super easy) and this smoked me!!
