How to Be Fit in Less Than 30 minutes a Day

I often get comments from students, neighbors or friends that they'd be fit, if they just had more time.

I've heard it a million times: "I just need more time to exercise."

This is a hoax! This is a lie. This is not true.

I think I've made it clear on this blog, that you do not need to spend hours a day at the gym or running on your treadmill to be fit & strong. That would be a waste of time & precious energy.

What you need is more smart, focused, exercise, not just more exercise.

Meaning, you exercise with a purpose. You have fun. And you challenge yourself. You do a mixture of cardio & muscular resistance, with some flexibility & mind/body training thrown in. 4-6 days a week, for 30-60 minutes. Less if you're really focused, more if you like to take an easier pace.

My YouTube videos are meant to add to your exercise regimen.

I'll be adding a few videos every week for the next while. In no time, there will be a stash of varied workouts for you to choose from.

No excuses now.

Here's a short video of me explaining the idea behind the videos & I give you 3 tips on how make exercise work for you.
