Raise your hand if the thought of wearing a swimsuit without a pair of shorts makes you uneasy.
The tush, thighs, and hips can be a bit of a problem area for a lot of women (myself included).
However, there is good news!
No need to avoid pool parties and outings to lake or beach this summer, here's a little workout that if done consistently (about 3 times per week), will help to firm your low body & help you have more confidence sporting a swimsuit.
Remember to always warm-up before you exercise & modify by using lighter weights as needed.
For an added challenge (once you've done a week or two of this), do the video twice in a row, with a minute of rest in between.
With the right exercises, proper diet (go here if you want to lose those last 10 lbs.) you don't have to fear the swimsuit!

Wonderful! We´re going on a vacation to the beautiful Spanish island Mallorca in June and this is just what I needed :)! I guess you are hearing this a lot lately, but here I say it again: Thank you for being so inspirational and real!
ReplyDeleteBecca: I can seriously never get enough positive feedback & that's the absolute truth.
ReplyDeleteIt's what pushes me forward--knowing that somewhere, someone is benefiting & having a better day because of something I have done or said. This is what life is all about.
I'll be sure to do a few more lower body videos soon, just for you. I'm totally jealous. I know you'll have an amazing time in Spain. Lucky you!
Janae!
ReplyDeleteLOVED that last move in the video! Never seen that one, and it was really working! I love how much you're working on CORE moves in a lot of the videos! (After having a baby, I feel like my core is slop! PURE SLOP and it leaves my back weak...and carrying around a 22lb baby can really reek havoc on my back, so I love these core moves!)
ON TO ANOTHER VIDEO! THEY ARE AWESOME! (Do you take requests!?) ;)
Zinke: Yes!~ I take requests. I can't promise anything, but I'll do what I can.
ReplyDeleteI always love feedback, it helps me know what ya'll want :)
I totally know what you mean about pregnancy wrecking havoc on the abs. Yes, yes, & yes, I totally know what you're talking about!
