Coming soon...
The design to my new site is done (!).
Now all that's left is for the coder to do his magic. I should be ready to launch my new look around middle of May.
It has taken longer than anticipated, but I'm working with some amazing folks who are in high demand, so I have had to "wait my turn." But I promise, it will be well worth the wait. Better than a new hair cut or some new lipstick, my site's getting a much needed, entire image makeover.
What you can expect: a fresh new look, cleaner design, easier to navigate, and the one I'm most excited about: printable recipes!
Let's just say, you'll be happy to come stop by & visit :).
As a sneak peek, here are some pics that will be on my new site.
Photography by the talented Ms. Katrina at Red Bean Photography, who has been a reader of this blog for awhile.
Printable recipes!! How exciting!! I can't wait to see the new site. And yes, your kids are pretty darn cute. Adorable actually - great pictures!
ReplyDeleteJoya: Thank you. I do like those guys.
ReplyDeleteAs far as printable recipes goes, it's going to include some other little bells & whistles that will make planning & preparing your healthy meals even easier. I can't wait!

Ooooh, I can't wait to see the design in full swing! Love the pictures and the logo/title up there. And I'll definitely be stopping by for the printable recipes. Makes it easier than writing them down. :)
ReplyDeletelove, love, LOVE that sneak peek. It's clean and the colors are lovely. And now I'm understanding/making the connection to your twitter handle!
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes indeed you do have cute kids. Momma ain't so bad herself. ;) Looking forward to seeing more, excited for you!!
Plantstrongmoma: Thank you. I know, it's like I've finally caught up with the times, right?
ReplyDeleteI.keda: Did you get your diaper bag? I hope you like it. (Did you like how I strangled the package with packing tape?)
Dreena: I know, the handle doesn't make a lot of sense without my new site, but hopefully once it's in full swing it will. Thanks for the sweetness. I'm so happy for you about that amazing quilt one of your fans sent you. You SO deserve that. I'd send you a quilt to show my appreciation (if I was that crafty, but I'm not).
Can't wait to see the full site. Your kids are beyond cute. I just want to come hug and cuddle them all.

Lfwfv: Just wait, you have no idea how much you're going to love your little one!
ReplyDeleteI remember with each of my babies, especially right after they were born, I wanted to just sit & stare at them all day long. The running thought in my mind was always: "wow, I made that beautiful creature!" A mixture of awe, humility, & intimidation.
I still feel the same way, but I have mixed feelings about them growing up. It's heart wrenching, being a mother, is.
I love the bag! It came late last week and I couldn't wait to open it. It did take me a while to get through all the tape, ahaha. It's so cute, sturdy, and the perfect size. Thank yo so much for hosting the giveaway, and I'm so excited I won.
ReplyDeleteI.Ikeda: I'm SO glad it made there in one piece. I was worried that since it wasn't in a box it would get beat up in mailing process. The postal worker assured me that the extra tape would get it there safe & sound, so glad that it did :)!
