4 Minute Booty Blast

Only have 5 minutes to workout out?  No problem.

Here's a little booty blast that you can do in just 4 minutes.

If I could pick only one toning exercise for the lower body it would be squats.

No equipment necessary & they are totally effective exercises for strengthening the glutes & giving your derriere a lift.

And let's be honest, who doesn't need that?
